Al Jasra Crafts Center was opened in 1991 in the village of Al Jasra, located on the western coast of Bahrain. The center includes a number of craftsmen skilled in traditional crafts. The center aims to inform visitors and those interested in the creative and aesthetic aspects of handicrafts and traditional and advanced products manufactured by craftsmen on a daily basis. Al Jasra Center also includes workshops equipped with the latest training methods and technical equipment for traditional crafts and handicrafts. These workshops attract many training programs throughout the year.
