Al Areen Wildlife Park is the first project of its kind in the region and aims to preserve endangered rare Arabian animal species and plants. dedicated to preserving the wildlife of the desert environment in the Kingdom of Bahrain, and preserving and multiplying Arabian animals and birds in particular. Collective and individual visits to the park are allowed in the company of qualified guides.
Climate
The weather in the Highlands can be unpredictable, even during the summer months. It's not uncommon to experience sudden changes in weather conditions, so you should be prepared for rain, wind, and cool temperatures.
Public access to the park's animals is provided by tour-buses from the main entrance.
The park is situated in Sakhir, which is about 40 minutes by car from Manama, the capital city of Bahrain. It’s adjacent to the Bahrain International Circuit.

The Park is open daily from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
The entrance fee is BD 1.00 per person, and children below 2 years old enter for free.
